Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our service team. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will play a key role in driving service business and growth while setting appointments to our Cadillac service department. You will be responsible for managing incoming request from customer, scheduling appointments, handling their concerns and questions as well as present them with the best solution s to their needs.
Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming requests from customers. This will come via inbound phone calls, text, and emails
-Manage out bound requests to customer for needed vehicle maintenance via phone calls and text
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals
-Work with Service Advisor to ensure all customer are scheduled efficient and timely
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
-Call Center sales experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
