The CRT Specialist provides field installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for CRT and torque turn operations, liaising with various equipment OEMs when needed.
Essential functions
Must have the ability and knowledge to perform Top-Drive Calibrations.
Must have the ability and knowledge to dress and undress casing running tools (Tesco, Top-Tek, and Volant, preferred).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Observe maintenance procedures and keep all tools and shop equipment in good working condition.
Perform preventative maintenance on company equipment including torque turn computer systems, torque subs, and CRTs.
Troubleshoot and repair torque turn computer systems, torque subs, and CRTs.
Complete and maintain appropriate repair and maintenance documentation as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems.
Load and unload trucks, either manually or using a forklift.
Conduct a daily JSA and report any safety concerns observed.
Communicate with customer on any issues or needs.

Prior casing running experience a plus, but not required.
Must have the ability to listen and learn.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
A minimum 1-3 years of experience repairing and maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, with most items weighing between 2 and 20 pounds.
Must be able to wear safety glasses, hart hat, impact gloves and safety shoes.
Must obtain strong communication skills.
Must maintain all applicable field training.
Able to work with fellow employees.
Co-ordination qualities.
Must be able to adhere to Parker Wellbore’s PPE policies.
