We are seeking a customer service representative who can provide exceptional customer service for fielding customer inquiries and requests via phone and computer at our Wilmington, NC location. This person would also be responsible for back office tasks such as accounts receivable, filing, and setting up new customer accounts. The candidate would also be responsible for safely filling customer propane cylinders upon request, appliance assembly, and the display in our showroom.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Two year Associate's Degree is preferred but at minimum a High School Diploma.
- Ability to lift approximately 45 pounds.
- Fill propane cylinders as needed.
- Assemble showroom items such as grills, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work within a rotating on-call schedule.
- The desire to succeed in a team environment.
- Industry experience is a plus.
