ABOUT THE ROLE:
Parker Poe is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our Financial Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group in Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina, with a preference for Raleigh. Candidates should have experience representing creditors in all aspects of commercial debt collection and loss mitigation, including loan restructuring, bankruptcy, litigation, foreclosure and post-judgment execution. The ideal candidate will also have a broad range of business litigation experience in federal and state courts. Prior Bankruptcy Court clerkship experience is a plus and State Bar of North Carolina licensure is required.
