Hotel Door Person / Door Attendant Position Summary:

The Hotel Door Person / Door Attendant will play a key role in maintaining professional and courteous interactions with guests. Your responsibilities include opening doors for guests, warmly welcoming them, handling luggage, delivering messages, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will drive various vehicles, promote good customer relations, and collaborate with valet attendants to facilitate seamless arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and maneuver a bell cart and wheelchair over considerable distances.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check upon hire.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
