Role and Responsibilities:

As a PARKLINQ Parking Liaison, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients on the phone and customers upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor
• Assist customers with booking reservations and payments using the PARKLINQ app or website
• Work independently, demonstrating a self-reliant attitude when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service, making customers love PARKLINQ from the moment they meet you
• Use a company-provided cell phone to log into the enforcement portal and issue parking citations to unauthorized vehicles
• Monitor security cameras of parking facilities via a phone app
• Answer customer care phone calls outside of your regular shift to earn $60/hr
• Address clients' needs and concerns promptly and professionally through the enforcement and/or reservation portals
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the liaison supervisor

Qualifications:

• Embrace the spirit of Aloha and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to quickly navigate apps and websites on a smartphone
• Capable of resolving difficult or stressful customer service issues
• Familiar with major streets, landmarks, and freeways around the parking lot or able to learn quickly
• Flexible schedule and good verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule and Location:

Applicants must be available to work Monday - Sunday, 7:00AM - 7:30PM (and major holidays) to be considered for this position.

The position is based at PARKLINQ's various Kapalua lots.* Candidates must be able to travel between locations during their scheduled shift without the use of a company-provided vehicle. However, after 90 days, they will be eligible to receive $150 Auto-Allowance monthly.

Appearance:

Employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance, wearing the complete PARKLINQ uniform (PARKLINQ/Nike Dri-Fit Polo) at all times.
