What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Engagement - Programmatic-Ad Ops position at Parks, Experiences and Products,Disneyland Resort?
This open role is within the Programmatic Ad Operations team that supports Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. You will have online trafficking experience and working knowledge of the Programmatic and real-time bidding space. You will work directly with Programmatic Campaign Managers to provide technical ad support with all Programmatic display and video campaigns. You will also support our ad operations approach at large to increase efficiency of ad-serving process, campaign setup, pixel and tracking methods, and dynamic creative projects.
You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager III.

You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager III.
Responsibilities :
- Perform quality assurance of all campaign materials before launch, including display and video content and 3rd party ad tags and pixels
- Traffic creative in Google Campaign Manager
- Generate HTML test tags to troubleshoot and check functionality
- Maintain integrity of ad tagging structure for proper targeting and tracking across all platform
- Pull ad hoc reporting upon request
- Work with other teams to identify and design new tools and systems to improve efficiency
- Participate in any tasks needed to test new procedures and products, and supply feedback to improve overall technical and inter-departmental workflow
Basic Qualifications :
- 3 years Ad Operations experience
- Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Experience with display and video ad-serving technologies such as Google Campaign Manager
- Experience with DCO solutions such as DoubleClick Studio and Flashtalking
- Experience with Brand Safety Partners (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT)
- Understanding of campaign management tools such as Prisma
- Experience working as part of a team on ad trafficking, campaign management, or ad ops analysis
- Exceptional troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills
- Work among multiple projects and meeting deadlines
