You will report to VP of Franchise.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the annual development of global franchise plans with strategic ideation and project-specific execution
- Drive sales tool development including global pitch decks, sizzle development, fact sheets, and more.
- Collaborate Franchise Licensing team with strategy development, licensee relationships, pitches, marketing planning and activation
- Develop marketing campaigns and activations with a multi-platform approach in close coordination with marketing strategy
- Respond to social trends and new advancements to integrate into platforms
- Partner with essential licensees and retailers to bring programs to life
- Partner with cross-company teams to drive alignment and outstanding execution of business strategies
- Play key role in global communication to ensure agreement on business strategies
- Partner with integrated retail to execute strategic product programs across all tiers
- Deliver presentations to licensees, retailers and company partners
- Manage budget
- Present and socialize franchise marketing plans and pitches to multiple size audiences
Basic Qualifications :
- Passion for Disney brands and franchises
- Keynote experience
- Social media fluency
- Developed ability to track fashion trends, brand marketing initiatives, focused on pop culture in general.
- Interest into human behavior, millennial and gen-z trends, and an instinct for popular culture
- Experience working in marketing at fashion/lifestyle brand or major retailer
- Organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with demonstrated decision-making abilities
- Desire for collaboration and track record in developing partnerships
- Analytical and business analysis skills
- Ability to lead team members
- Minimum of 5 years prior brand management, franchise strategy development and marketing experience
Required Education :
- BA or BS required, preferably with a background in Marketing or equivalent experience
Preferred Education :
- MBA
