Responsibilities :
- Fulfill digital purchase order requests not available in DMC-P within the standard turn-around time and accommodate urgent requests.
- Identify titles that are not in the Archive from submitted purchase orders and/or that have been received by Operations with missing components.
- Leverage relationships with licensees to retrieve missing files for global titles listed in the Incomplete folder on Operations server.
- Monitor and respond to licensee emails regarding the status of licensee purchase orders.
- Create records in Publishing website for archiving backlist titles and in support of special projects.
- Provide customer service support to global licensees experiencing download or file transfer issues. Escalate issue to Disney Publishing IT if rudimentary troubleshooting efforts are not successful. Report/track bugs and crashes experienced by licensees and shares with IT.
- Serve as tester of enhancements to the DMC-P platform and any new and/or upgraded systems under consideration by the Archives team.
- Train new licensees on how to order files that are available to download from DMC-P and how to place a manual PO to order files that are not on DMC-P, as requested. Escalates any issues with accounts or download to Disney Publishing IT.
- Participate in meetings related to the publishing organization to recommend improvements that will result in increasing productivity and efficiencies, identifying process/system vulnerabilities, safeguarding data integrity, and enhancing user experiences.
- Serve as the backup for the magazine business and colleagues in both the Domestic and International offices in their absence.
Basic Qualifications :
- Experience with fulfillment-based workflow strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills, and able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong computer skills (Mac)
- Problem solver with a “can do” attitude
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
