Parkview Home of Freeport is a beautiful retirement community located across from Krape Park in Freeport. We have been serving senior citizens in the community for over 95 years! Parkview offers competitive pay along with an excellent benefit package! We are seeking qualified individual to work full time night shift in our environmental services department.

Duties include resident laundry, delivering laundry, cleaning various areas of the building & resident rooms using chemicals, mop, floor buffer, vacuum and other equipment as required. Basic knowledge of custodial operations, and laundry and housekeeping equipment required. . Must be able to follow and understand simple written and oral instructions. HS diploma or GED preferred.

Physical requirements: Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel and reach below and above shoulder height. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must present with a neat, clean and professional appearance.

Dependability and reliability is a must along with the ability to get along well with others.

All offers of employment are contingent upon successful pre-employment drug screen and physical in addition to fingerprinting and background check per IL Dept of Public Health Requirements.
