Description

Assist in daily activities with cases as requested. 

Pay invoices for records once received. 

Assist with any needs that may arise for Parrish DeVaughn to ensure that clients have the best experience.

Requirements

  

Document Filing

  • Check the “To be Filed” basket on a daily basis to ensure documents are filed timely.
  • Scan filed documents to the case manager for saving to the client’s electronic folder.
  • Make copies and mail filed pleadings to insurance companies or opposing counsel on a daily basis or as needed.
  • Daily maintenance of hard files for worker’s compensation and litigation. 
  • Prepare all outgoing mail daily.
  • Handle all incoming mail and faxes daily.

Runs Out of Office

  • Perform daily runs to various OKC-metro courthouses to ensure worker’s compensation and litigation documents are filed timely.
  • Assist by getting checks endorsed at various local businesses.
  • Pick-up or drop-off documents/checks at various locations as needed. 
  • Request and/or pick-up Accident Reports on a daily basis.
