We are hiring a Creative Director, Marketing who seeks to own and innovate our brand experience across all user touch points including our online and digital experience, content and in person clinics. Are you right for this?

You are a strategic and business-focused creative lead with experience across a variety of businesses and platforms. You have worked in marketing and product driven organizations where collaboration is critical and have a capacity for big picture thinking and focused execution. You are experienced in leading creative strategy, understanding consumer behavior and inspiring your team and its collaborators. You have helped launch brands and products, grow internal teams, tell meaningful stories through compelling creative and create unforgettable brand experiences rooted in culture.

You are passionate about Creative and Brand Strategy, Creative Direction, Product Design and Product Development and Digital experiences.

You will:

  • Help create an inspiring brand vision leveraging what’s been built to date and moving it forward with creativity and relevancy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive consumer engagement with our brand, our community and our business.
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, social, CRM/email among others that translate our vision into revenue.
  • Hire, train and lead a high performance team of full time and freelance creatives to deliver brand experiences and content.
  • Evolve and optimize process and standards that help the Brand Design and Marketing team scale effectively.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop brand-marketing strategies and roadmaps that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Be a strong creative and disciplined operator who can push the boundaries creatively and run a collaborative team culture.
  • Create and manage brand tools/systems to uphold our brand across all company outputs.
  • Partner with product design leaders to ensure a cohesive, consistent audience and user experience across all channels and platforms.
  • Be passionate about pushing digital creativity and experimentation.
  • Be a key partner to the CMO to bring the strategic vision for Parsley to life.

You have:

  • Optimism, enthusiasm, and track-record as an autonomous doer.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Created meaningful campaign experiences for beloved brands and/or communities.
  • Been an experienced storyteller - you are able to break down complex, detailed information into easy to consume, compelling stories, visuals and user experiences.
  • A passion for the user experience and the digital space, and an understanding of insights and analytics and how to turn those into business driving creative ideas.
  • 10+ years designing brand experiences across all marketing channels with a focus on digital experience
  • 2 - 3+ years managing a team of direct reports either full time or part time including designers, copywriters and/or content teams
  • Portfolio of digital marketing and communications work demonstrating performance and communications fluency; brand identity, campaigns, OOH, social, emails, mobile and desktop design.
  • Expertise in communication design (layout, typography, color).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and performance media, video content creation, influencer marketing and managing external agencies and partners.
  • Worked closely with product teams to bring the brand vision to life through ecommerce, landing pages, websites and/or app driven consumer experiences.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and marketing channels (digital media, website, landing pages, email, direct mail, print, OOH and social).
  • Worked with Product designers, UX and UI designers. 
  • Exposure to human centered design and user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, testing, and more).
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, and lean digital marketing environment.
  • Interests in health, wellness, and the future of healthcare are a plus.
  • 3+ years working in-house building an admirable brand is a plus.
