In this role, you will monitor, document, and report system performance and equipment status in a small team environment to enable mission success. Essential Duties: Configure mission systems using pre-defined procedures Triage system alerts and initiate resolution protocols Collect data to assist decision makers Coordinate with system stakeholders including customers, engineers, and analysts via phone, VTC, or email Skills Required: Windows OS experience Linux Command Line experience SolarWinds platform experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail in system monitoring Ability to assess and evaluate ever-changing situations effectively Required Qualifications: Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field Must be a US Citizen Must possess and maintain TS/SCI clearance Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
