What Required Skills You'll Bring: BS degree and typically 8 years of related professional experience. An advanced degree may be preferred at this level. Non-degreed incumbents must meet equivalency guidelines established for designated job family. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Contributes to and may lead the planning and implementation of large programs in the function, and regularly interfaces with senior management and executive leadership. Plays a role in overall functional strategic planning. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
