What you will do:
Development of cost proposals, both the pricing models as well as the cost volume narrative.
Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and development of winning price strategies
Facilitates pricing reviews and provides pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams to ensure that proposals are completed in accordance to the scope of the BOE associated with the RFP
Ensure the final cost proposal’s compliance with:
Government regulations, including CAS, FAR, and DFARS
Corporate policies and procedures, including the CESM
Specific requirements in each of the client’s solicitations
Coordinate the development of the cost proposal with contributing sources including Capture Management, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Procurement, and technical personnel
Manage the cost proposal schedule to ensure production milestones, management reviews and a compliant professional product are completed in a timely manner
Provide support for subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations
Assist with internal and DCAA/DCMA reviews and audits
Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal review, policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets
What we need from you:
BA/BS degree in Business or related field
10-12 years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients
Strong Knowledge pricing all contract types (FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA)
Possess advanced skills using Excel
Organized, task oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple, often conflicting, priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong understanding of CAS and the FAR and DFARS

MBA Degree
8 years of experience in pricing cost proposals
Experience using ProPricer software
Proficiency using MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
