Partner Solutions is currently hiring a part time entry level Benefit Assistant. 20 hours per week; $20 hourly.

We offer an excellent 10% retirement plan and our hybrid work schedule is a plus!

Partner Solutions located in Brighton, works with over 30 charter schools across the state of Michigan.  We are looking for sharp individuals who thrive in an innovative environment. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and enjoy providing exceptional customer services.

Benefit Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Benefit Education Communications

  • HRIS Benefit processing and troubleshooting

  • Create and meet auditing and reporting deadlines

  • Embrace HR technology & HR Database Knowledge
