Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice verification
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice inquires and discrepancies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet payment and early pay discount deadlines
- Familiarity with vendor statement reconciliation
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex invoice issues and work with internal stakeholders and vendors for resolution
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Education/Minimum Qualifications
- High school or equivalent required with minimum of 1 yr. experience in an Accounts Payable Coordinator, Processor or Specialist role.
- Must have strong understanding of AP process and principles with an emphasis in high volume P.O.’s and expense processing ($50-55K a month)
