Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sit-Down, Stand Up and Clamp Forklift Operator to assist with the movement and storage of goods in our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

This position requires attention to detail, excellent coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Safely and efficiently operate sit-down, Stand up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
  • Follow established procedures for handling and storing goods to prevent damage or loss.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Work closely with warehouse team members to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift operator certification / license.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Excellent coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
