Production Supervisor
We are looking for a positive and professional Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Chatsworth, CA.
Our Production Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in the overall success of our rapidly growing manufacturing & distribution business. We have been leader in LED lighting technology for 12 years, and are looking for a driven, successful Production Supervisor with 5 years of experience, preferable in Lighting industry. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of merchandise as well as developing and implementing goals.

Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the Productions & Reworks/modifications process and team
- Review orders and identify the requirements for productions, reworks and instruct team
- Ensure orders are prioritized, pulled and packed in a timely accurate manner
- Evaluates daily shipment schedules while strategizing and prioritizing a daily work schedule to meet company and customer delivery shipping requirements
- Manage resources to complete orders and meet customers target dates.
- Conduct meetings with warehouse, customer service, sales, and purchasing team
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
- Preferable experience in Lighting Fixtures production
- IT skills, especially using data analysis software
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
- Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), Bilingual Spanish is a plus
