Position Overview
As a Psychotherapist with Partners in Hope LLC - Psychiatry, you will be an integral part of a rapidly growing company that has created an innovative approach to providing quality psychiatric services to improve the overall health, well-being, and outcomes of patients. In this role, utilizing flexibility and autonomy, you will create your own schedule as you work as a part of the interdisciplinary team to provide psychotherapeutic services to residents in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
Responsibilities
· Perform initial comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and psychosocial wellbeing.
· Develop an individualized treatment plan conducive to patient needs and goals.
· Provide ongoing psychotherapy to address patient social, emotional, and psychological needs.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and partnered facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
· Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
· Candidate must hold a master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution.
· Candidate must hold an active, unrestricted license in the state for which you are applying.
· Candidate should have a demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapeutic treatment modalities and mental health diagnoses
· Candidate should have strong communication skills and feel comfortable collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, partnered facility staff, patients, and families
