The Dental Site Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily functions of a busy dental clinic at Partnership Community Health Center (PCHC). In addition, the position is responsible for the creation and oversight of all Dental Assistants and Patient Service Representative (PSR) schedules, and performance of general clinical administrative duties for support staff.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within a dental clinic is essential.
• Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist is highly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of dental care in a clinic setting.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees, patients, families, community.
• Knowledge of and compliance with related accreditation, quality, safety, risk management and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of patient care and customer service.
• Ability to guide performance, monitor and evaluate the work of PSR Lead and dental assistant.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a diverse population, including staff, providers, patients and members of the public on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
