CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES NEEDED

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

  • Work for an Award winning company; assisting in peak season!

  • Part-time shifts available, day and night
  • After training, one weekend day (8:30-5) is required
  • Paid training
  • Business casual dress- easy location to get to

Customer Service Associate Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls in a high volume call center, working for online retailer
  • Answering product related questions, checking order status, assisting with shipping
  • Helping to resolve billing issues/ responding to customer inquiries and complaints

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills/ team player- hard worker- fun loving personality
  • Outlook experience required
  • Call center experience or online retail experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable and detail oriented.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Full time AM shifts:

  • 7:00 – 3:30 PM (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM during busy season)
  • 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (9:30 AM to 8:00 PM during busy season)

Full Time PM shift:

  • 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (11:30 AM to 10:00 PM during busy season)

Part Time:

  • Part-time reps will work 3 days per week and 1 weekend (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), during peak they will be able to pick up extra hours if they’re interested but it’s not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
