Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a property manager employee to be responsible for light maintenance and light cleaning of commercial properties. The goal is to maximize Tenant satisfaction by handling daily maintenance routines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all maintenance related tasks of assigned properties
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

Skills

  • Proven work experience in construction or maintenance
  • Fully understanding property management
  • Well organized with time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
