The Job at a Glance

As the Transportation Analyst, you are a key player in helping us optimize our freight spend. You will help provide daily oversight of freight management by reporting on logistic KPIs. You will audit transportation invoices, submit claims to freight partners, and help optimize our transportation network. You will be responsible for all the logistics analytics.

A Typical Day

• Audit freight bills for accuracy and report on logistics KPIs
• Provide logistics analytical support for special projects or issues
• Oversee the logistics data analytics and recommend adjustments to suppliers, operations, contracts, inventory, and cost data
• Analyze accessorial freight charges and implements solutions for reduction
• Submit claims to logistics partners and track claim payments
• Help with network planning and optimization
• Provide data insights to aid internal sales teams

To Land This Opportunity

• You are an expert with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• You love manipulating data to come up with solutions
• You understand relational databases
• You have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• You’re passionate about analytics and data with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are looking to work Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and have the ability to work Saturdays as needed
