Job Overview:

The coordinator position encompasses a support role to ensure all areas of the details in the day-to-day operations of the business are captured and documented.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategic Communication Planning & Prioritization: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that are closely aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives. Utilize consistent processes while retaining flexibility to adapt to evolving company priorities, whether they change seasonally or annually. Furthermore, prioritize the development and utilization of all communication and planning tools based on their effectiveness in driving consumption, fostering adoption, and ensuring successful execution within our stores.
  • Ownership of Party Central merchant and operations ticketing system.
  • Documentation creation encapsulating strategy provided by Manager.
  • Store Communication review, creation, and submission for all areas of the business.
  • Maintain documents within Party Central Reference Library for current versions, version control, and management of dated items.
  • Partners with Merchant Assistants to capture initial content and assist with preparing for program and task creation process through Store Operations.
  • Provides training support to cross-functional team users of the Part Plan Network (for communication requests and submissions).

Skills Required:

  • Detail oriented and ability to be accurate consistently.
  • Multitasker – ability to prioritize daily work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work.
  • Excellent computer skills: excel, outlook, word.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Relevant work experience.

Expected Salary Range: $45,000 - $57,000

The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
