Job Title: Japanese Bilingual-Administrative Assistant
Location: Houston, TX 77027 (Onsite)-Houston Galleria Area
Starting from May 1st
Schedule: M-F 8:30 am -5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Pay: Around $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
We're seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to undertake various administrative and clerical duties for our client. The role involves providing support to managers and staff, handling daily office requirements, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Compose and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in preparing regular reports.
- Maintain and update office documents, including contractor and vendor contacts, lease agreements, and service reports.
- Manage office supplies procurement and research for cost-effective deals and suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Japanese/English Bilingual
- Proficient in operating office equipment such as printers.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
