Summary
Receive and process export/import client’s shipments via truck, airline and steamship companies. Responsible for executing all functions related to the successful operation of this position and to provide top notch customer service with continual improvement in mind.
Job purpose
1) Sales Assistance / Customer Service / Sales support
2)To maintain existing client of Columbus office which is currently consists of about 30 clients.
Some of client are required high level of maintenance. In order to keep operation smoothly, we have to deal with operation team and manage to see if everything is going well.
Duties and responsibilities
l Customer Service. Tracking and monitoring existing shipments.
l Make booking to operation team.
l Manage import shipment.
l Giving instruction to operation team for air export shipment.
l Create quotation.
l Visit client to maintain good term.
l Oversees the overall operations through a set objective and goal to maximize the productivity logistics operation.
l Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency.
l Follow company policy and procedures.
l Coordinates with other departments and warehouse operations
l Responsible for customer communication and problem solving as a team
Qualifications
l Skills of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook.
l Working inside office and warehouse as well.
l Communication skills.
l Positive attitude against everything.
l Company do not support working visa nor green card program.
l Capability to drive a car.
