IT Security Engineer - Krakow, Poland

Job Description: AML RightSource is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the security field, as well as experience with Python, SOAR, and Splunk. The Security Automation Engineer will be responsible for automating security processes and workflows, as well as implementing security tools and technologies. Key responsibilities include: Design and develop security automation scripts using Python and other scripting languages Implement security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms to streamline security operations Integrate security tools and technologies with Splunk to provide real-time security insights and analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and work to implement solutions Develop and maintain documentation for security automation processes and workflows Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve security automation processes Maintain industry certifications and actively participate in professional development opportunities Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in the information security field Experience with Python, SOAR, Splunk, and at least 1 industry certificate Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Software development experience is a plus AML Rightsource is an equal opportunity employer.
