Architectural Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovative design.

Responsibilities:

- Create Schematic Design collecting data from the client regarding overall size, budget, room specifications, home specifications, inspirations, etc.

- Act as intermediary between the client and draftsman/architect

- Collect documents needed to complete blueprints i.e. plats, restrictions, etc

- Analyze completed blueprints to create estimations of construction

- Oversee build process and act as liaison between Contractor and Homeowner

- Work with and deal with concerns of Project Manager

- Create progress reports and revise budgets as project continues completion.

- Complete homeowner final walkthrough documenting punch items with images.

We are looking for someone who can create Schematic Design by data collected from the client regarding overall size, budget, room specifications, home specifications, inspirations, etc. Also, someone who can act as an intermediary between the client and draftsman/architect. This includes collection documents needed to complete blueprints such as plats and restrictions. They will need to analyze completed blueprints to create estimates of constructions as well as oversee building processes and act as liaison between the Contractor and the Homeowner. They will also work with and deal with the concerns of Project Manager, create progress reports, revise budgets, and complete homeowner final walkthrough documentation as the build progresses towards completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
