Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Our Marketing department has an excellent opportunity for a graphic designer in our Beachwood, OH location. The graphic design role at Passov Group will assist in the layout and design of assigned projects such as signage, multi-page flyers, brochures, social media content, and many more. Work hand and hand with staff and clients to meet tight deadlines on a wide range of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in graphic arts or a related field
• Expertise and flexibility in designing solutions for print, video, and digital mediums
• Must be able to take direction/critique and clearly communicate design revisions throughout the production
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently, and with a highly connected team and senior leaders
• Strong attention to detail along with a good eye for aesthetics and working knowledge of key design concepts, including resolution, color theory, and typography and how they interact across printed material and web design
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High proficiency in workflows using Windows/PC operating systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various internal departments regarding consistency in design and messaging
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Create graphic layouts with an excellent understanding of typographic principles and their usage
• Create unique content for distribution through various channels, i.e. social media, website, email, print, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
