Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Market Development Representatives (MDRs) to join our team in Nashville. As an MDR at Passpass, you will be responsible for onboarding businesses to our platform, providing them with a cost-free marketing solution. This position offers a unique opportunity to earn both immediate and recurring income through a commission-based structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential businesses in Nashville that would benefit from joining Passpass.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of joining Passpass, emphasizing the free marketing aspect.
- Successfully onboard businesses to the Passpass platform.
- Maintain relationships with onboarded businesses to encourage them to refer users to our marketplace.
Compensation Structure:
- Immediate Earnings: Earn $25 for every business you onboard.
- Recurring Income: Receive a yearly $3-$4.50 override for each user referred by the businesses you onboard. For example, if you sign up 100 businesses and 10 of them each sign up 1000 users, you will earn $30,000 annually in passive income.
