What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop/Help Desk Support position at Pat N Sally Inc?
- Experience managing support requests on a level 2 help desk
- Experience resolving hardware and software issues and troubleshooting Windows 7 or OS
- Experience utilizing VMware vSphere to support virtual desktops including linked clones
- Experience using Lan Sweeper, Remote desktop and Active Directory, all there are required
- Experience using ITSM service desks
- Experience configuring and installing windows-based hardware, peripherals, network printers and thin clients
- Experience using Clonezilla to create and apply images
- Experience supporting Lotus Notes
- Experience with the installation and support of Office 2016 in an enterprise environment.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and applications.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
