What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst position at Patch of Land?
Analyst- THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
The candidate must be technically proficient in Excel and PowerPoint [SQL is a plus]. The position entails a great deal of ad hoc analysis, critical thinking, problem solving ability, flexibility, and adaptability. The analyst will deliver insightful analyses that will drive business decisions. The position is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop professionally as the role has exposure to the company’s senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the company’s reports and models are maintained and up-to-date
- Build departmental reporting and dashboard
- Maintained and construct company presentations
- Review, revamp and maintained production forecast [constant re-assessment of methodology]
- Audit of data by cross-referencing various sources [e.g. CRM, Database]
- Conduct analyses of company performance [all departments]
- Identify area(s) of improvement and support the assessment with data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clean data-infrastructure
- Conduct Ad-hoc report(s) for different stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 2-year experience as a Jr. Analyst or Analyst
- Student with or working toward completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to pivot, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
