Qualifications:

- Experience serving as an advisor related to A-76 contracts, contract regulations and processes;
- Experience with planning, directing, analyzing and implementing a variety of operational, technical and administrative processes, procedures, and programs in support of contracting activities.

- Experience with implementing new or modified legislation which impacts the contract examination processes and systems
- Experience as a COR, responsible for the administration, management, and oversight of the development, maintenance, and operational efficiency and effectiveness of Trademark contracts.

Responsibilities:
The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. This position is telework eligible per agency and business unit discretion/policy.
Major Duties for this position include:
- You enjoy managing all aspects of contracts within the Trademark Office in order to ensure government contract compliance.
- You have a passion for developing and implements new and revised policies, processes, and procedures relative to daily contract support services.
- You are committed to monitoring and administrating financial oversight of existing contracts, including proper authorization and expenditure of capital funds.
- You have a desire to serve as a Special Projects Officer who conducts research, review and analysis on a variety of Trademark management programs.
