Qualifications:
- Must be currently employed by Paterson Public Schools
- Must be able to work all scheduled days of the program
- New Jersey Principal or Supervisor certificate.
- Must coordinate the program and activities as per requested.
- Review the School's Emergency Procedure.
- Review each student's registration form with emergency numbers.
- Ensure teachers and students keep to the program schedule.
- Knowledgeable with the Kronos system.
- Prepare compensation forms and match to Kronos.
- Track and monitor student attendance on a Google sheet.
- Call student families to ensure student participation.
- Monitor and track the pre and post assessment and provide an analytical statement at the end of the program.
- Reconcile timesheets against attendance tracking system
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, computer literate, and analytical
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
- Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respectful of others
- Must complete all tasks assigned to run a successful program
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
