Staff Needed: One (1) School Secretary

Qualifications:
  • Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of two years' experience in a related secretarial or office position
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Possess appropriate telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques
  • Experience working with students, teachers, and parents
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
  • Must be able to work the entire length of the school day
  • Must be a critical thinker and problem solver
  • Must complete all tasks assigned for a successful program.

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
