Researcher

Path Construction is a mid-size, growing general contracting firm located in Arlington Heights, IL. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Researcher to focus on topics such as: Education, Mental Health and Construction. This person will be a curious and resourceful person. They will have athleticism as it relates to technology, geographies, finding resources, execution of goals, etc. This is a full-time position but open for part-time discussion. This person may be working on two large and significant initiatives - improving our society and another related to a large change in which construction is carried out in the future.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher
• 2 years work experience in professional research
• Deep understanding of user research methods and best practices
• Ability to keep detailed records of data
• 
  Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent grammar skills/knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
• An exacting eye for detail

• Proficiency in collaboration

• Strong organizational skills

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Marketing background/InDesign is a plus
• 
  Construction experience is a plus
