2nd Shift TBM Operator

Role

As a TBM Operator (also known as Tire Building Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating Tire Building Machines to produce tires according to specifications and the manufacturing production schedule. This includes stage 1, stage 2, and strip winding. You'll troubleshoot common problems on production equipment, perform routine and planned maintenance activities, and ensure effective shift changeovers. This is a second shift opportunity, Monday - Friday 2:00pm -10:00pm with Saturdays as required by production demands.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in using and maintaining hand and inspection tools.
  • Ability to read and apply work instructions and product specifications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in machine setups for production runs and blueprint reading.
  • Basic computer skills to input and track information.
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Availability to work assigned shift including overtime and weekends as necessary.
