Role
As a Bench Hand/Tooler (also known as Tool Repair Technician, Equipment Assembler), you'll assemble, disassemble, and repair tools and equipment in line with technical specifications and quality standards. You'll perform bench work, including filing, grinding, and fitting components for precise assembly and functionality. You'll also inspect and test tools and equipment, diagnose and rectify mechanical issues, calibrate tools and machinery, maintain accurate records, and assist in managing tool parts and materials. You'll work closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure efficient operation.
