As an Operational Engineer (also known as Process Engineer, Chemical Plant Engineer), you'll be responsible for tracking plant operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with HSE performance standards, leading productivity projects, providing technical guidance, maintaining engineering documents, performing root cause analysis, identifying process KPIs, and developing new SOPs.

- 5 years of experience in a chemical plant or refinery across maintenance, engineering, mechanical design, and process design.
- Strong knowledge of chemical plant mechanical equipment and processes.
- Ability to support the Operations team on nights and weekends, as needed, for training, outage work execution and start-up support.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to affect change, consistently drive results, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, Power Point, Project Management Software, and SAP.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma Experience, High-level Operations Analysis, Quality Control Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Measuring LTIR (Lost Time injury Rates).
