Role

Join our growing team as a Cold Header Set Up Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Machine Operator) for our second shift. You'll operate and set up a variety of cold heading machines, including Sacma, Formax, Nedschroef, and Nationals. Your role will involve performing setups, tear-downs, and cleanups, troubleshooting quality issues during production, assisting other operators, and making regular suggestions to increase machine production.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in operating or setting up cold heading machines.
  • Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, shop math skills, and basic computer skills.
