Equipment Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Semiconductor Machine Technician, Equipment Repair Specialist), you'll perform preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines. You'll dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment, use diagnostic tools to identify problems, perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance, and work with engineers to modify equipment. This role is on a compressed 12-hour shift with various shift options available.

Qualifications
  • 2 Year Technical/Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing or a related discipline or equivalent military training/work experience.
  • Semiconductor industry experience.
  • Expertise in performing electro/mechanical/fluidic circuit troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and equipment modification.
  • Proficient with Windows OS interfaces, MS office suite.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work 12 hours shifts.
  • Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic pump systems, multi-axis servo systems, vision components, chillers & cooling systems is preferred.
