Role
As an Extrusion Area Manager (also known as Extrusion Supervisor, Extrusion Operations Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of the extrusion process within the facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead and supervise a team of extrusion employees and equipment, provide daily coaching, manage production scheduling, and collaborate with various departments to address vendor issues and customer concerns.
