What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician position at Path Engineering?
Role
As an HVAC Technician I (also known as HVAC Specialist, HVAC Engineer), you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors. You will also practice and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other required regulations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot equipment failures both in-house and on customer locations and handle repairs.

- 4-7 years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics.
