Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader), you will lead a team of technicians to repair, install, and maintain equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for scheduling work orders, performing inspections, maintaining inventory, overseeing maintenance management systems, and hiring and training staff. You will also install, maintain, and repair process equipment, mechanical components, and electrical systems.

- Associates degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or three or more years of experience in a technical role in a plant environment.
