Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Plant Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant operation. This includes Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory (MRO), Maintenance Recruit to Retire, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability. You'll also manage technical aspects of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems, waste treatment, stockroom, building and grounds, utilities systems including boiler and ammonia refrigeration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related Technical field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a Manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, machine safety inspections, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
