Role
As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Operations Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of the maintenance shift operation, focusing on safety, budgeting, team building, and department training. You'll collaborate with plant engineering and other departments to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate recurring equipment issues. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, equipment quick change, and setup reduction.
