Role
As a Manufacturing Operator (also known as Production Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll be a key part of an innovative team that supports the mission to provide clean energy solutions. You will be involved in a unique manufacturing process, producing materials needed to manufacture different fuel assemblies. Your role will include operating and maintaining production machines, ensuring consistent product quality, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military preferred.
Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, manual machining skills, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to wear required PPE and work with hazardous chemicals.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and be mobile equipment certified.
Basic computer skills and good troubleshooting knowledge.
Ability to work a 4x4 shift (four 11-hour days on, four days off).
