Role
As a Manufacturing Technician (also known as Industrial Equipment Operator, Tire Mold Technician), you'll operate tire mold manufacturing equipment with precision, install sipes and vents into molds, and ensure high-quality output. This role involves adhering to safety standards, following standard work procedures, and potentially lifting heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and working at heights.
Benefits- Base pay of $20-$24 per hour, based on experience.
