Job Posting for Press Operator (Molder) 1st Shift at Path Engineering
As an Associate Operator (also known as Press Operator, Molding Operator), you'll operate presses and ovens to manufacture PTFE billets, set up molding presses, load oven racks, and perform preventive and basic maintenance on required equipment. This is a temp-to-hire position with a 3-month trial period before conversion to a full-time role.

- Ability to stand and walk constantly, and frequently lift, push, and pull mold components weighing 40lbs.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
